My husband and I can't say enough great things about Chris Byrne. We first met him at an open house in October 2016 when we were just casually looking at houses. During our brief conversation he got to know us and what we were looking for in a house and picked up on where my husband and I differed. We were still so early in our search and were considering not using a broker, despite that Chris still took the time to provide us information on the home buying process. Flash forward a number of months and my husband finds a couple houses on Zillow or Realtor and they direct him to a random broker. Met the broker, saw the house, not interested. Broker now sends a bunch of houses to my husband that don't fit our criteria. My husband again finds a house online and contacts that other broker so he could see it. The other broker is unable to answer any questions and even asks him (husband) questions that she should know.... We call Chris. Chris brings my husband back to that house, is able to answer just about everything and the things he can't he's offers to find out AND goes a step further and points out things on the property that may or may not be an issue.

I was blown away that after 6 months Chris still remembered us and that single brief conversation. April-June we looked at a number of houses and Chris was brutally honest with each one. He never brought us a house that didn't meet our criteria and never tried to talk one of us into a house just because the other liked it. After losing in the few offers we submitted, we finally had an offer accepted. Unfortunately after discoveries at inspection we backed out. Needless to say this process was getting discouraging but Chris was there keep us from giving up. Finally, at the end of June, the same day that Chris and my husband were looking at a house in Mendon, I found another house in Bellingham. Despite having back to back appointments, Chris took the time to bring my husband to that Bellingham house knowing he only had a few minutes to show it. 24 hours later our offer was accepted and just under 2 month later we are in our new home. Chris is much more than a broker, he's a friend
